These terms govern your use of FASTPAY CLOUD LLC's negotiation services. Please read them carefully before uploading a bill or authorizing us to act on your behalf.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and clients who engage FASTPAY CLOUD LLC for any telecom bill negotiation, plan comparison, or carrier support service.

FASTPAY CLOUD LLC provides telecom bill negotiation, plan comparison, carrier switching guidance, and billing support across internet, TV, and mobile services for residential customers in the USA.

We act strictly as a negotiation intermediary. We do not operate as a telecom carrier, reseller, or agent with binding authority over any carrier's pricing or account decisions.
3. No Upfront Fee Policy
FASTPAY CLOUD LLC charges no fee until a lower rate is confirmed in writing with your carrier. No credit card, deposit, or payment is required to begin the negotiation process.
If no savings are secured, no fee is owed. Our compensation, when applicable, is disclosed in writing before any charge is applied and is contingent solely on verified savings delivered.
4. Savings Guarantee Definition
A 'saved rate' is defined as a confirmed monthly reduction on the same service tier, documented in writing by the carrier or reflected on a subsequent billing statement.
Promotional credits applied for a limited period, one-time bill adjustments, or service downgrades requested by the customer do not constitute a 'saved rate' under this definition.
5. Customer Account Control
You retain full ownership and control of your telecom account at all times. FASTPAY CLOUD LLC will not make changes to your account, cancel services, or switch providers without your explicit written approval for each action.
You may withdraw authorization at any time by notifying us in writing. Withdrawal halts active negotiations; fees already earned on confirmed savings prior to withdrawal remain payable.
6. Authorization & Data Use
By submitting a bill or account details, you authorize FASTPAY CLOUD LLC to contact your carrier on your behalf for the sole purpose of negotiating rates or plan terms.
We use your account information only for negotiation purposes. We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal data to third parties outside your carrier. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Limitation of Liability
PAYFAST CLOUD LLC is not liable for a carrier's decision to deny, reverse, or modify a negotiated rate. Carrier decisions are outside our control and are not guaranteed outcomes.
Our total liability to any client, for any reason, shall not exceed the fees actually paid to FASTPAY CLOUD LLC in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall first be submitted to informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Class action waiver: you agree to resolve disputes individually. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against FASTPAY CLOUD LLC.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in courts located in New Haven County, Connecticut.
